GRAND RAPIDS PUBLIC SCHOOLS - PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED 2020-2021 BUDGET

The Board of Education of Grand Rapids Public Schools will hold a public hearing electronically pursuant to Michigan Executive Order 2020-75 through Zoom to consider the District’s proposed 2020-2021 budget. Details on how to attend and participate in the meeting are below.

The Board may not adopt its proposed 2020-2021 budget until after a public hearing. A copy of the proposed 2020-2021 budget, including the proposed property tax millage rate, is available for public inspection from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Rev. Lyman S. Parks Administration Building, 1331 Franklin St. SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan and available online at grps.org. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed budget will be a subject of this hearing.
