Synergy ParentVUE & StudentVUE Information for Students and Families
Synergy ParentVUE is a tool to help families stay informed about their student’s progress. This tool can be used to access your student’s grades, assignments, and attendance information. You can also communicate with teachers. Students will have access to the same information using Synergy StudentVUE.

I do not have a ParentVUE login. How do I create an account?
Parents of all students in the Grand Rapids Public Schools will get an activation code through a mailing at the beginning of the school year. If you did not receive an activation code, please contact your student's school. Click here for login instructions.

I am a student. How do I login to StudentVUE?
StudentVUE is available to students in Grades 6 and above. You will get your activation code from your school and log in with a username and password that you create. You can make it the same as your school login in you want! Please contact your school office if you haven't received an activation code. Click here for activation instructions.

I'm logged in, but what do I do now?
Click on this link to get help with moving around in ParentVue/StudentVue.

I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?
Parents and Students have the ability to reset their own passwords. Click here if you have forgotten your password.

Enter the email address you used to activate your account and click “Send Email to be emailed your login information.”
If you forget your password in the future you can click on the “Forget your password? Click here.” link on the ParentVUE/StudentVUE login page.

My account has been disabled. How do I re-enable my account?
For security reasons, ParentVUE and StudentVue accounts are disabled if a password is entered incorrectly more than three times. To re-enable your account, please contact your student's school.

Can I use the same login for all my kids at Grand Rapids Public Schools?
Yes.  Your ParentVUE login gives you access to information on all of your children enrolled in the Grand Rapids Public Schools.  If you are not seeing one or more children with your login, it can be an indication of a duplicate record for you in the system.  Please contact the school for the student you are unable to see in ParentVUE so they can combine your family information.

Is there a mobile app for ParentVUE/StudentVUE?
Yes!  Download the app as you do for other apps on your Android or iOS mobile device. To use the app, please select Grand Rapids Public Schools from the list of districts after typing in your zip code.
