The heating system scope is complete and the units are fully functional. Unfortunately, the delivery of the cooling unit was delayed until the end of October due to supply chain issues. The project is anticipated to be completed by mid-November.
Kent Hills Elementary is situated within a beautiful park setting surrounded by mature trees rising above the property in an established neighborhood. The expansive green spaces provide scholars and teachers with opportunities to take their learning outside and expand on academic concepts. The playground equipment has been recently updated with engaging play structures that support active play. Scholars also have dedicated specials rooms that support more comprehensive art, music and physical education programs. There is also an expansive library where scholars access various levels and types of books.

With young but seasoned runners, the Union Redhawks cross country squad is racing into the 2025 season with high expectations.

For the Ottawa Hills Bengals, the cross country program enters the 2025 season focused on one goal: making it back to the state finals.

High-schoolers from throughout Kent County got to offer up creative solutions to complex, real-world problems during the culminating event of this year’s FutureSolve initiative.
