20th Annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot 5K

The purpose of this event is to promote community fitness, physical activity, health and wellness of the Greater Grand Rapids Area. A healthy community is a vibrant community. This is one of the several GRPS activities that will serve to have a positive impact of current unfavorable health and wellness statistics throughout Kent County.
All proceeds will go to support athletic programs within the school district for their continue existence and eliminate the “pay for play” concept for school athletics.
So, grab your running shoes on Thanksgiving Day and “use your feet before you eat”.
